In greys anatomy Season 5 ep 23, does Izzy and O'Maley die?

In the last episode of season 5, Izzy and O'Maley "seem to die". Well will they or will they "make it" for season 6?

George is going to die for sure, as T.R. Knight is, eventually, written off of the series... Izzie is not going to die and will continue next year (YESSS!!) hopefully without cancer or tumor, because Heigl is staying in 'Grey's Anatomy'.... :->
