Where can I watch glee online for free, no downloads or surveys?

Does anyone know where i can watch True Blood season 3 with no surveys or downloads?!?

I really want to watch it. I got behind because I can't find a site online where I can watch it without surveys or downloading anything! And i don't have cable. So any help would be appreciated, I had went to Google and Bing and searched for hours but none of the sites were free or wanted me to take a survey or download something!
