Who does this comedy stand up?

I saw a stand up on Comedy Central Presents but idk who he is or his name, I need help figuring it out!?

• He's black, kinda skinny, wore glasses, short flat top hair-cut.? He appeared in a thirty minute Comedy Central Presents special sometime in the late nineties or the early 2000-2003. I know it couldn't have been later than that cause i was young when i saw him. He made a few jokes about how his father would sit in the living room, smoking a cigarette listening to the radio with the lights off. And he'd be scared cause his dad would have a 'lion king' type laugh so when he'd enter the room in the dark, the red light of the cigarette and the red radio light mixed with the deep laugh would make it sound like he would be face to face with satan. Obviously he's funnier than my explanation but I can't figure it out, I looked on wikipedia but its too much of a big list to search from. THANKS!
