A safe free site to watch us tv shows in canada?

i want to watch the latest parks and recreation (october 6, 2011) but i cant find a site that will let me. some say i can't watch from my location, some are just so confusing that i can't understand and one (i think it may have been nbc.com) won't do anything when i click on the highlighted episode i want. i am not the sharpest knife in the drawer when it comes to internet.
