How do you get your own TV show in the UK?

Hey, so im in my mid teens now, i have to think about the future and i really want my own TV Show where i will be the host obviously and i interview celebrities such as singers,actors and people who will be a "hot topic" at them points, abit like "The Graham Norton Show" or "Allan Cars: Chatty Man" but better ha ha! Im quite Intelligent, confident but not cocky, funny and imaginative so once i got started i think i would be able to do things quite well.. Just wondering a few things and hopefully some of you could answer? 1) Basically, How do people like Allan Carr even get these shows on Channel 4 etc? Do they speak to the producer or..? 2) What GCSE's do you have to take to be a TV Presenter? 3) Good names for a show so like my name then '..' like 'Allan Carrs: Chatty man!' but what could i have? Im female by the way. And any other tips on what else i need to be in the business! Many Thanks!
