Does anyone know any really good Romantic Comedy animes(Or just comedy?

Does anyone know this comedy/skit (sort of sexual)?

• There was this really funny comedy/skit I saw a long time ago, and I think it was British but I'm not sure. So a husband and his wife, presumably, enter this cafe. The husband is pretty unattractive whereas the wife seems at least 20 years younger than him and is beautiful and sexy. So there's a waiter or some staff of some sort, and he and the wife start eyeing each other. All the meantime the husband has no idea that his wife is being so flirtatious and he makes really boring small talk. Eventually the waiter and wife go into some room (the bathroom) and I think they start having sex. And of course, the husband has no idea at all. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

  The Two Ronnies did a sketch like this. Ronnie Corbett was the husband and Ronnie Barker the waiter. Monty Python did a sketch on similar lines but it wasn't in a cafe or restaurant, it was a marriage guidance office.
