Help with a TV show name?

TV show! Help! Can anyone name this show?

I have very little info about this show. I've used to watch it when I was a little kid. All I remember is that the main characters were a boy (not sure) and a professor and the bad guy was someone who looked like his head was in a TV. And that it had a twist at the end of the show, the professor turned out to be the bad guy and that the TV head dude was actually trying to help the protagonists the whole time. Again, I might be very wrong, maybe he wasn't a professor, all I remember is the twist towards the series' end and that the one we all thought was the bad guy had a TV or something for his head. Please, can anyone help me naming this show? It's been driving me crazy!
