Anyone know or remember what this 90's show is called?

• i dont remember much about it but I do remember it was a bunch of american teens (maybe there were some from other countries) and I do remember there was an african american actress and they were all going to college in england or something. I think it was on TBS like during the late afternoon. Any help would be great thanks!

  Facts of Life? Except I think that was actually in the 80's. They were girls wearing uniforms and living in a dorm. The black girl was named Tootie, played by Kim Fields. There was a rich snobbish girl named Blair, played by Lisa Welchel, a chubby fun-loving girl named played by Mindy Cohn (can't recall the character's name), and a tomboy-ish girl. They had a dorm mother that was all involved in their drama, too. It was a very popular tv comedy sitcom and also starred a teenage George Clooney, who appeared on occasion.
