Where can I find the details on Australian Digital TV?

Can you help me find a specific UK show/episode about a guy transforming/renovating a watermill to a home?

  • I saw it on dutch TV a while ago where the show host (male, around his mid 30s) was following this guy for years (starting I think in 2005), because he had this huge project where he decided to transform a watermill to a proper house to live in. I loved it but I had to go mid-episode, realizing only now that I would love to see how it ended. Unfortunately I forgot about it and never wrote any clues down. I do remember details of the episode, though very little and most likely useless. I think the guy was around 50 years old, he has 2 sons and a wife. They were all supportive (a bit in doubt sometimes), though because the sons were in their teens having a busy social life they weren't really helping their father. Ow, and the guy had a mustache I think, ha ha. He wanted to build multiple levels in the watermill, but I remember he was working for a really long time on the water well at the bottom floor of the watermill. I did try to look for it thinking it was the channel 4 show called "Property Ladder", but I didn't find anything related to it as far as I can see. Also I tried looking for the name of the show by looking at online TV guides of the dutch channels it might have aired on, but I don't remember where and when exactly I saw it.
