What are good reality TV shows on Netflix?

I love watching reality TV on Netflix that introduces you to awesome real life characters, and amazing things you never knew. Flying Wild Alaska, BBQ Pit Masters, Whale Wars, Cake Boss, Bizarre Foods, Top Shot, are just a few that I have watched, and LOVED. Pawn stars, American Pickers, are some more that I love. I like reality TV shows with great characters, and any kind of genre Ie cooking, science, sport etc. Thanks for you help. I know this question will help others as well. Other questions only addressed TV shows in general and not those centered around reality.
