Scientific explanation of dreams?

Well, i am very good at dreams and i can tell you many things. first, you dream for a second, all that dreaming you thought was like six hours was really a second! second, dreams are part of something in your mind, so usually the brain does the work, like always. you think of a friend too much, you dream about them. you think of failing a class, you will dream it and maybe over come it by just dreaming it. third, your dreams express what you dream about, you get nightmares from eating then sleeping at the same moment and the food can really upset you cause your suppose to wait two hours, and if you are wearing to many things, you will get cramped and feel squished and feel all stuffed inside, then you will dream of something uncomfortable. and last, if you dream of something good, you might had a good day :) you see, dreams are part of a humans minds, its even amazing to think about :) so, if you want to dream of something,. or maybe recalling it, you might use your brain ;P

The dreams are basically the brain telling you things through a weird way. It will take something you see or are going through, and it will put in something completely different format. You could dream about a cheerleader and it would mean you want to help others along
