What does this horrible dream mean?

I had a horrible dream, what does it mean?

• So I was going down a long hallway and it had lots of doors and every door led to a room with one person in it. I went into every single room with a razor blade and slit the persons throat who was in there. I didn't recognize most of the people besides my grandma until the last room. In the last room my younger sister was sleeping in the bed that we share when we go to visit my grandma. She woke up and saw me and i started to try to get at her throat. She was laughing and play wrestling with me because she thought i was just trying to scare her. I got her and cut her throat too and she started crying and saying i though you loved me. At that point I snapped out of it, realized what i had done and so I slit my own throat. We prepared to die but we woke up the next morning, I didn't cut hers or mine deep enough. I told her not to tell anyone and that I was sorry and told her to just keep her head down so nobody could see but she told my dad. I ran away. At this point the dream became random and confusing so all I remember is that everyone was trying to catch me, I fell, broke my leg, kept running, and Then I woke up. This dream really disturbed me because I am I kind of girl who has a hard time killing spiders and I Love my sister to death. I would be crushed if she died and I would never do anything to hurt her. What does this dream mean? Please help me. I'm scared.

  Wow.... this is quite a dream. Violence and blood and death. Usually a dream like this will betray something which might have gone on in the past - something which perhaps made you very angry. You might not even be aware of it - but it has caused you to cut all these people's throats. Luckily we aren't responsible for our dreams - and they don't mean that you're some sort of maniac. This is unconscious language for anger. But even in the dream you live through it. If I was a psychologist, I'd be asking about your grandmother in the dream... that's the only other person you identify as your 'victim' besides your sister. Seems like she sort of "sticks out" - would she be an object of your anger?
