Should i Get a Gaming PC or a Console ?

Now i Want to buy a New Gaming PC/Console in the Next Month. i Can't Figure out Which one to get. Should i Get a High Spec PC or should i just get a Console. now i'm Stuck Between a Laptop, Desktop and a PS3. Everyone of them has it's Pros and Cons. i'm Currently Thinking about buying A Desktop for it's High Performance. But Some people Keep telling me to get a PS3. Can somebody please Explain which one should i get and Why ? And is Multiplayer Games on PC as good as Multiplayer gaming on Playstation Network ? Thank you Very Much and Sorry for the Bad English.

Get a high spec PC for several reasons 1. multipurpose use 2. easier to find games 3. ...and most important, a PC only needs hardware upgrades!!! by this i am meaning that if a new game comes out that requires a high performance graphics, you will only need to upgrade your graphics card and maybe increase the RAM of the computer. (btw joysticks are also available if you prefer a pad) I am not sure about the multiplayer games(in comparison to the Playstation Network), however the multiplayer in certain games such as Need For Speed is excellent.

I had the exact same problem a year ago. Everybody had a console except for me. I went for the Desktop and I regret nothing at all, I think you should too. In the long run, a pc would be a better choice. A desktop has better graphics, games are cheaper than console games, and you can use it for more than just gaming. Also playing on a keyboard is much easier, although you can also connect an xbox or ps3 controller.
