Should I downgrade from a Dsi to a DS lite?

Is The DS Lite Or DSi Screen Brighter?

  • I know that they both have brightness settings, and that the DS Lite only had 4 whereas the DSi has 5, but at both of their highest brightness settings, is the DS Lite screen brighter or is the DSi, or are they both the same? I'm thinking of trading in my DSi for a DS Lite (I don't like any of the DSi-only stuff and I would rather have a GBA jack), but it kind of bothers me if the screen brightness can't go very high.

    The Dsi has much better brightness quality. The screen is a bitarte too. Although I keel my brightness on one or two since my battery won't die as easily.

I have a DSI XL and it is much brigher on brightest settings than my DSLite. I kept DS Lite so I can still play all my GBA Games. Or get a Gameboy micro, as it's so small, but still play GBA games. Keep it in your DSI Pouch. :)

There is not a significant difference between the DS lite and DSI screen brightness. But the DSI has a slight lighter screen than the DS Lite. Hope Helps

my Pink DS LITE light setting is set on 3 4 is a bit too bright so i don't wanna burn out the battery..
