Where can I get the Oblivion Official Plug-Ins for PC?

So I got the Oblivion Game for PC since my Xbox version broke, and I'd love to get the Plug-Ins. Sadly, the official website doesn't have them. When I go to the website it says it doesn't exist. I wouldn't mind getting a torrent, if there's a real one for it, but I'll also pay the like.. 13$ that it costs to get all the plug-ins I want. Please and Thank you for any help. [:
