How do I install Elder Scrolls: Skyrim on my pc?

I bought the game for the pc and i attempted to install it to my computer and it suddenly starts putting "Steam" on it. I dont have internet at my house so i cant do anything with it if it needs net. How do i just install the game?

Just install steam, the game will likely launch through steam, you shouldn't NEED internet, go through the setup process and it should all take care of itself.
