Can I run assassins creed in my pc?

Why can't I run Assassins Creed on my PC?

  • Hi for some reason when I play assassins creed it lags quiet abit on medium to low settings. The system requirments for this game is : Pentium D or amd x2 dual core 4400+, 2gb RAM, 256mb geforce 6600, vista or windows xp and enough space to install it. my specs are: amd athlon 64 x2 6000+ 2.5gb ram 512mb geforce 210 x2 500GB seagate hdd windows 7 home premium I can run games such as champions online (which requires a geforce 8800GT to play), killing floor, sims 3 etc. I've ran a test on Canyourunit.com and it passes through the reccommended requirments but it still lags.. can anyone help?

    Actually an 8800 is Champions Online's recommended requirements. The minimum is much lower., like a 7800 or something, but it's mostly because it needs Directx9 and Pixel Shader 3.0 support, which any card newer than that will support. The GT210 is an incredibly low end card that isn't meant for intense gaming. You're not gonna play Assassin's Creed on that without upgrading.
