Sims 2 PC help?

The Sims 2 Double Deluxe Help! (For PC)?

• I used to have the regular sims 2 but I sold it because I had so many expansion packs that it crashed my computer. I would like to give Sims 2 another go but I found out that they don't sell any Regular Sims 2 near me. I found the ''sims 2 double deluxe'' which comes with the sims 2, and two expansion packs. I was wondering if with the SIMS 2 DOUBLE DELUXE, are you able to just download THE SIMS 2 or do you HAVE to download the ex.packs too ?

  Hi there, No, unfortunately with Sims 2 Double Deluxe, it's all or nothing. If you want my opinion though, I think Sims 2 Double Deluxe is still a great game. It still keeps many of the aspects that Sims 2 had, and has added upon it. Coming from someone who had the same dilemma, I'd say give it a chance :) Hope I helped - Megan
