Will this Gaming PC Work and What would be the best BANG FOR THE BUCK GPU for this?

I'm planning on making a Budget Gaming PC and I'm NOT planning to Overclock it. Please suggest the BEST BANG FOR THE BUCK GPU that can play ultra setting in Crysis 2 SMOOTHLY PC Specs: CPU: Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition MOBO: Asus M4A88T-M LE Memory: Corsair 4GB Storage: 1TB Hitachi I have not yet decided on the Power Supply since I'm still looking for the best bang for the buck GPU. The GTX 560 ti ,,is a great Card , you can play Crysis on a high settings with it, it cost around $230

The only one to play Ultra settings Crysis 2 perfectly, would be the NVIDIA Geforce GTX 580. It plays it at 95% efficiency (58FPS) But an ATI Radeon HD 5770 could run 30 FPS (Still smooth). Any GPU between that would work.
