I know you can use the old Xbox's controllers with a special lead, so I presume the same for the 360, I think in the control panel there is an option for controllers? although it also depends if the game supports this feature

As far as I know u can. I know for sure u can use it with Oblivion and Skyrim. U will need the "Xpadder" application to interface the controller with the PC.
