Can someone please help me remember what PC game this was...?

• Ok this game was about WWII but I can't remember the name,the name had the word panzer in and that's all I could remember.its a WWII rts game where at the begining of a level you kan buy units (from WWII)in exchange for credits,you can choose between german,russian and allies skirmishes and missions,you had the ability to cal for air support (recon plane,paratroopers bomber ect) and you could take any vehicle accept tanks and heavy armored (they needed tank crews) you also had medics,flame throwers,rifle squads,sub machine gun squads,heavy machine gun scuads,snipers,ect,the maps were also scatterd with tanks,cannons,anti air guns,flak guns,even random vehicles like a farm truck,motercycle with sidecar ect,so could you please help me remember the name(you must be thingking "How the hell can this dude remember all this stuff but forgot the name")answer is,IDK LOL
