What kind of gaming pc should i get?

I have been playing games all of my life. I've always played console as a hardcore gamer. I've been wanting to play pc as a hardcore gamer, because the graphics are way better and there is a bigger and better community for pc. so im going to be selling my xbox soon and my tv for a gaming pc. I want to know what pc would be good for me for about $1300.00. i know nothing about how to build one or what to get so i need help.

Look for computers with 3GHz or more, i5 2500k graphic cars are better then i7 cards for gaming AMD and Intel are the main companies that produce processors Intel = i3, i5, i7 series AMD = Others that are not i5 etc AMD will give you pretty good power with a lower price then intel Intel will give you amazing power with a high price Get a computer with 4gb of RAM or more 1TB HDD since you would be playing games If you are building one you need to know that intel has certain motherboards that only intel processors can fit into and the same goes for AMD The less resolution your playing on will give higher FPS and the high the resolution will give lower fps (Frames per second) or how smooth the game plays When looking at video cards look for cards that are compatible with DX11 to get the best performance
