Is it safe to buy used pc games off amazon?

Is there anyplace that buys back pc games?

Does anyone know of a place that will buy back used pc games? I've checked with Gamestop and they don't do it anymore simply because each PC game has their own CD Key, and once you use it it's no longer good on another computer.....it sucks! Please don't tell me about putting a post on Craigslist, Amazon, or Ebay because I've already tried these as well with no luck. I have over 20 games that I no longer play. It would nice to get a little cash for these games, but I guess there's no such luck except asking a friend.

There is a shop which buys second hand stuff like games, dvds etc.. and they sell them on for a few quid more in their shop. BUT i don't know if thats just in england you might have to check. The shop is called CEX
