How do i clean my psp's analog stick?

Where can I get a good oct. gate arcade stick for pc on the cheap or a good pc controller(w/analog stick)?

• I use MAME a lot for fighting games but I want an arcade stick some don't have to try to find a way to hit the controls I need fast enough . I need it to be octagonal gate so I can launch of QCB,QCF,HCB,HCF,FCB,FCF motions flawlessly. Plus an 8 button layout so Ivan switch the controls for 4button games(king of fighters, fatal fury, garou, power instinct), and six button(capcom fighting games). Or if there are no cheap sticks is there a good USB controller for PC with an analog stick for the same reason as an oct. gate arcade stick.
