How do i download Left 4 dead PC maps?

Does Call of Duty 4 Game of The Year Edition for PC come with the new maps?

  Yes, the game of the year edition - and all PC editions - come with the mappacks for free. That's a plus to the PC versions of the game, it comes with it even if you don't own the Game of the Year edition. On that particular version, the maps are on the disc and are installed.
