How to improve the quality of videos taken from iPhone and put on PC?

I took a video from my photo library on my iPhone 4 and put it on my Dell XPS. The only way i could open the video was by opening it with Quicktime. Is there any way to improve the video quality, either by using a different program to open the video or by using some tool in quicktime?

The quality of the pictures or movie depends on the maximum quality of the source. You cannot upgrade a lower resolution source to a higher resolution without the picture seriously deteriorating in quality, because you smear out the same amount of pixels over a larger surface, making the picture pixelated and/or blurry... There's tools to make a picture or video more smooth, but those are tools that hide defaults as opposed to making the pics better...

No, for the quality of original has set and limited, so it is difficult to convert low quality to high quality.
