Why is my Fallout 3 for PC not working?

What's a good gaming laptop/pc for under $450?

• Okay, I'm mainly looking to play Fallout 2 (with installed FOnline) and Fallout New Vegas (with some downloaded mods), and that's it. Some web browsing, some videos, and nothing more. I don't care how it looks, just as long as I can play these online and off without it crashing on me. If there's none that I can get that will fit my standards, than I can save up a bit longer. I'm a 16 year old, making $8 an hour, working part-time. I get paid every Friday, so I make some pretty good pay for a first job. I don't mind saving more than 75% of a check until I get enough for a pc/laptop that meets up to my standards. Thanks for reading.

  I have a Toshiba Satellite and I've had it for about a year. I've had World Of Warcraft, Minecraft, Roller Coaster Tycoon 2, and The Sims 3 installed at once. My FPS in WoW was always at about 30 with average graphics. I've had no problem with any of the other games. Right now I just have the Sims 3 and Minecraft and neither of them skip, or lag, my computer has never crashed. I got it for about $550 I think. It was well worth the price, as long as you don't care about the quality of graphics that much. If you do, the only way to go is Alienware...if you want to pay $1,200.
