Can I trade steam games?

I have some steam games that I haven't played for a long time and I don't need anymore. The only game that I am interested in right now is Assassin's Creed Revelations,or may be Just Cause 2 or portal 2 ... I would like to know if there is an option to trade or sell these games.I know about steam trades but I am not sure about how it works. ps: My games are: Assassin's Creed Brotherhood,Portal,Torchlight,Devil May Cry 4,FlatOut:Ultimate carnage, The Guild II,The Guild II-Pirates of the European Seas.
