Which should i buy Fallout 3 GOTY or The Orange Box for PC?

I have £20 spare money and i am debating whether to get The orange box - which i have never played but heard its brilliant - £14.99 Fallout 3 GOTY - i have played and i would love to replay the game on PC and try some mods - £19.99 Which should i buy? give me your opinions/reasons Thanks Jack :)

Fallout 3, that is one of the best games I have ever played! It almost feels like you just can't really finished it, every time you turn your head you see something or somewhere you haven't been. Trust me it is an awesome game! You won't regret it and besides, there are over 1000 mods on fallout3nexus.com that you can use to change the gameplay or add new quests or places.

Fallout 3, I got it on PS3 but wish I had it on PC so I could use the "fabled" console commands. But yeah I Love that game, I hope the new fallout is even better
