Is flight simulator for the PC any good?

A Future Brand New PC for my Flight Simulator Gaming Experience?

  • Hello Computer Experts, I currently have a computer that runs pretty good but not good enough. Here are my computer statistics. Graphics Card = NVIDIA GeForce 7300GS - 256MB Video Memory Memory = 3GB DDR2 RAM Processor = Intel Core 2CPU- 4400 at 2.00GHz Hard Drive = 150GB Internal Drive and a 250GB External Hard Drive Now here is the bottomline. In the next year or so, I am thinking about getting a Brand New PC Computer so it can run my all time favorite game called Microsoft Flight Simulator X very smoothly at the highest settings, like to make the graphics so much better and increase the frame rates as well. They are also going to be releasing a new game called "Microsoft FLIGHT" sometime next year or in 2013. Does it need the same exact system requirements for the normal settings compared to my FSX at the highest settings or will it run very well? I want to get one that works really well but not too expensive. A cheap one would be best for a start. Which Computer should you recommend me getting instead of making very serious upgrades for my current one? Here are my top 13 choices so please choose one. --------------------------------------… MY TOP 13 FUTURE "PC" COMPUTERS... 1. • Answer:

All of these computers come out to over $700 after adding in the graphics card. I found a computer on ebay for 650 that would be more than capable of just about everything you need.It is only 4gb ram, but that SHOULD be fine, if it isn't I think the seller will upgrade it for you for just the cost of the ram. (should be no more than $20 to upgrade to 8gb). It also has a high end gpu, so you won't need to upgrade in the future. It also has a good processor. (athlon ii X3) The 1tb hard drive is about standard for what you have listed here. Numbers 10 and 12 come close, but their graphics cards are ddr3, not ddr5. I would recommend going with DDR5 like the one on ebay simply because it is faster. If you have questions, you could email the ebay seller or me. Also, he gives you the option to make an offer, so he might go down to $600. Try it and see if he takes it.
