A good gaming fps mouse?

i am switching from console gaming to pc gaming. since i have never really played pc games i suck with the keyboard and mouse. is there a good gaming mouse with some programmable buttons? so i don't have to look at the keyboard a lot (i don't know all the keys without looking). i will mainly be playing fps (css,cod,...)
