Cheapest PSP with camera?

PSP camera recordings (.avi) to mp4 WITHOUT a computer?

• I'd like to make PSP-recorded videos PSP format (go figure). Is there a website that is PSP-compatible that can convert AVI to mp4? I hate depending on windows. Sony PSP = practical - small - light - has never crashed on me - records video easily - compact Windows = impractical - big - heavy - wrote the book on crashing - SORTA usable... - Desktop needs a constant 110, laptop batteries are a joke, monitors often need unfolding and have inferior viewing angle, etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. PSP camera recordings save only in .avi format, which is WAY too big for email. Go!Edit format is very limited and biggER than the regular .avi and ONLY viewable on PSP. So, while someday I hope to be able to save up and spend more money on a UMD game that helps this portable little computer finally do some actual computing (like folder editing and file renaming), some of our long-lost friends of the evil, black-market homebrew community have already made themselves operating systems and programs to help make the PSP less dependent [or, dare I say, "portable"?]... I have "white52black36" brand goggles [sic] can see things that aren't posted here. If my "white52black36" brand goggle [sic] box ever tells me somebody has written this kind of converter *FOR* the psp, through which I could LOCALLY convert PSP recordings to PSP format, I would be most grateful. Helpful responses only, please. i.e: "You can't" is not helpful. "It can't be done yet because..." is helpful. Thank you.
