Cant login to my ps3 psn account?

my girlfriend made a psn account on my ps3 now when i go to sign in to mine it says u cannot use another users signin id..i created another use n signed into my account..but i got madden and the redemption code i used i used on that user so i cannot play online now..is there anyway i can delete my girlfriend so i can sign into mine on my user..please help

Sigh and you didn't make a second user? Yeah make a second user with its own PSN-login. That is how I multi-user myself!

You can not use the same PSN account on different User accounts on the same PS3. Delete accounts by pressing Triangle on the User and selecting Delete. Change your User account back to your PSN account, and it will be fixed, and next time, create a new User, do not change your PSN account on the same User account.
