Why cant I invite 007 people to be friends.. on ps3?

I have played 007 online, hundreds of times.. and when i want to go and request a friend or someone i had recently played with online.. I dont see no one from 007.. I have played.. Motorstorm / Resistance 2 / and 007 .. but i can only see the people who i played against in Motorstorm and resistance.. but never 007.. why cant i see them..?
