How do i buy games off the playstation store? (I live in India)?

• i live in india and theres no playstation store here. So ive registered on the US store. I heard that people in india can buy games off the playstation store if they register on the new zealand store. Is this true? Oh and if it is can you tell me if ill be able to buy DLC off this store and will i be able to play the games and DLC i buy off the new zealand store on my american psn account? (I figured that DLC will be playable on my console since new zealand and india are both PAL regions)

  If you create an account for a country you are not currently located in you can purchase things off the store. However you must have a legit address in that country that would match with the address on the credit card for that country. Or another option is to find a way to get the PSN gift cards from that country and redeem the money on your store. Make sure what you purchase is the same region that the game is from (which can be checked on the side of the box for the game). However at this time I'm pretty sure playstation store is still down.
