No. From what I understand Konami can't release official patches containing up to date kits, badges etc that they don't have the rights to. I also believe that people cant sell patches as a file, which is why most will sell them on a memory stick. This way they get around it by saying they are selling a memory stick not the edit patch. You on the other hand can edit any kit you see fit making all teams as authentic as you like. Hope this helps...
