  I would categorize headset as one that features game sound. If that's what you are looking for a would recommend the cheapest Turtle Beach headset you can find for ps3. I know that there is less to choose for if you are on ps3 but any Turtle Beach is worth it. Even the cheapest one on Xbox which i have only cost me 30$ which compared to the one that Xbox offers which is 20$ it is defiantly worth it. So dont just close your eyes to spending more because you want to save your money. And if you are looking for a "Headset" which you would use only for talking i would recommend a wired one even though wireless is defiantly more convenient the waste of batteries and the buzz it gives off will not be worth it in the longrun. If you are going to be using it every day dont cheap out buy one that will last, look at reviews and try to make the right choice. I would not recommend a cheap Bluetooth one just saying.
