Ps3 cant obtain ip address help?

i have a 40gb ps3 and i have this wireless internet that ISNT mine. its a belkin and i previously found out that windows 7 and vista has certain issues connecting to certain types of networks so this connection is 32% and somtimes it connects but when the "test connection" comes up and i try it again it cant obtain ip address how do i fix this.is it my ps3, i also have the latest update of 3.15?

well the connection isn't very good. id try getting closer to the router, or go get another one

32% isn't good enough. you should have minimum 70% to get a stable connection on PSN. anything below that will kick you out of the network.
signal is too weak .get closer to the router or get your own router.
