Why doesn't the game I bought work on my PC?

I bought the ultimate game chair v3 a year ago and now it doesnt work?

i bought it off ultimategamechair.co.uk and ive looked for their website but it no longer exists. Near the time i bought the ultimate game chair i got a replacment board with all the switches on it, but thats not working. The sound still works on the chair but it doesnt vibrate.
