Can you install DLC on PS3 with a DLC code from Gamestop without internet?

let me explain a little better if i can I want to know If you pre-order a game from gamestop and you get a code for DLC for preordering at gamestop can you install it without the internet Our computer is shot so our dad shut off the internet a few months ago so until we get out computer fixed...no internet so the question is can it be done?

No you need the internet to download the DLC, you could ask your dad to turn it back on just for this if not you could bring your PS3 to a friends house that has internet.
