Why can't I log into my Twitter account?

Ps3.com cant login says inactive account & ps3 cant log into account?

Im having problems logging into my ps3 account it says "you cannot use this playstation@network with this account (8002A23) and it was working yesterday morning. now i cant log in at all. Also i cant log into the ps3.com site on forums it says inactive account and please call customer service.. whos that and whats the number? Im from Califoania

At this point, either the account was suspended or there's a general network issue. As for accessing the PS forums, it's hard to say exactly what the issue is and you will need to contact customer service...and since it's the PSN which is run by Sony, there's only one customer service...Sony. Therefore, you will need to call Sony. Their number is 1-800-345-SONY (7669)
