My ps3 doesn't read disc anymore what should I do?

Why wont my PS3 Read My Disc's right?

• So....I dont remember anything happening to my PS3 that caused this to happen, but my PS3 has a hard time reading the discs, it doesnt seem to recognize that theres a CD in it if I have one in when I turn the PS3 on. So I have to take it out, put it back in, and then give it a while to read the disc, when the problem first started it only took about 10 mins to read a disc, but now I have to leave a disc in there for over 30 mins, taking it out and replacing it everytime my PS3 gives up on reading it from trying for too long. I took apart my PS3, cleaned the eyes, and im about to dust it out, ive used compressed air before to try and dust it out a little, but none of it ever had an effect. I also used a disc you put in that cleans the eye for you, and that didnt help either. It does this for every game I have, as of last night my PS3 is up-to-date and its been doing this for a couple of months. Any idea what the problem is? Any help would be greatly appreciated!   the laser is slightly out of sync... put the disc in and then turn the console upside down... should correct this.....
