Playstation 3 accessories?

If you're planning on playing online a lot, specially FPS like Call of Duty and Killzone, then you will need a PS3 compatible Bluetooth headset. The official Sony one is good, if you already have a Bluetooth headset for your phone, you might find that one works, so give it a try. Do not buy a cheap old Madcatz one, they are useless. If you are going to watch a lot of DVD's and Blu-ray movies, then I'd recommend you get the official Sony remote control. A low powered little vacuum, either a PC vacuum, or a little dust buster type thing, to vacuum the vents to keep the dust out. If you are going to go to Home, or do a lot of text chatting, then I'd get a keyboard. The little one that clips onto your controller is a waste of time, it's not much better than the virtual keyboard on the PS3, which is terrible. You can get PS3 compatible wireless keyboards, Logitech do a good one, but they are a bit expensive, and in my experience, not very well made. I use an ordinary cheap USB keyboard, with an extension lead, you can get a USB extension lead at play.com for under £1.50, and just as cheap in other places too. And if you are going to play with a friend, then a dualshock 3, controller. An HD TV if you can, lol. Preferably 1080p, but 720p will be great too, and at least 100hrz or more:) None of these things are essential, so don't worry if you can't get them all strait away, they are just things you might want down the line, but if you can get them at the same time, then I would:)

Get the official ps3 bluetooth headset. I believe its only $40 and its amazing quality. You also pay $10 extra to get it bundled with soccom. Also get either a USB or bluetooth keyboard to type messages to friends. And get a Playstation Eye so you can record and edit crazy videos on your ps3 (download eyecreate from the ps store for free), have live video chats with your friends, be able to play some of the ps eye exclusive games, and be ready for when sony releases the new motion controller that only works with the ps eye! Also get another Dualshock 3 controller for your ps3 if you plan on playing with a friend =)
