How to connect a Hyperkin Ps3 Ek-3000 headset to the ps3?

I just bought the hyperkin ek-3000 ps3 headset and i dont know how to hook it up with the ps3. Its a headset and it has a sound and mic jack and it also comes with a usb adapter.

ok you need to answer a question is it bluetooth or wireless to a base (like a charge station it connects to wirelessly) if its bluetooth, there should be some instructions that came with it, to turn on your bluetooth. and once you turn your bluetooth on. you search for it in the ps3 (under bluetooth accessories) if its connected to a station i think you still connect it under accessories (when pluged in) but not as sure. hope this helped
