Can you play pc games on the playstation(1) ?

i know you can play playstation games on the pc, but i would like to know if i can play pc games on the playstation, or if i can download playstation games and burn them onto a disc and then play it on the playstation.

On a playstation 1? Really? Was this question nessacery? Absolutely not!!! The ps1 tech is made only to run ps games and the Tech well let's just say that your average home phone has more tech now days.. Completely different formats, graphic processing ect....
