Playstation store account registration help?

I was trying to make an account with my new PSP and i accidentally put the wrong year for my birthday and now it is telling me i need to create a sub account to a master account. I want to create a master account but every time i try to re-start the account registration process, it says i need to put in the master account information, is there anyway to change this?

Answer:
Reset the whole thing psp and accounts and do it again or go online make an account dont forget your age and log in the psp with that
