Ps3 problem please help!?

Please help ps3 problem major!?

okay please help just last night my ps3 started acting dumb i play mw2 now this is what it does it takes forever to load my friends list and crap i cant play online it starts to like freeze when i press buttons on my controller and when i try to respond to messages it wont let me i have to wait till my friends icon to appear and when i try to plat mw2 it freezes and majorly lags it i try to get into a lobby it says no games found or if i try to join with friends lobby im the only one who majorly lags and ***** it all up please help me im like dying without my ps3 and i dont know wat to 2 or if anyones had this same problem?!?

I have never had this problem so I don't really know what to say but I would suggest calling SONY they will help you with this problem
