Where can I get Hong Kong PSN cards in the Philippines?

I play Final Fantasy 13-2 and I want to get the other DLC content such as the coliseum battles against Lightning and the ending to the story. Problem is I have a Hong Kong account and I do not want to make another... so where in Manila can I buy HK PSN cards. P.S. I am 18 yrs of age and I do not have a credit card. I just wanna get it over the counter like a regular kid. SO any suggestions.. Datablitz does not sell any, only the US cards. Where can I purchase some in Manila?
