Why can't I open photos sent to me?

Sending photos on a ps3 in message?

for some reason now i cant send a photo to my friends in a message on my ps3 . i have sent some photos before and now that im on ps3 home i can put them on the wall of my personal space but they cant see them ethier. is it my internet that is to slow ? i know the pictures are the right size and the right format and it just takes to long to send the photo or it says it cant be. so whats wrong it says the numbers also 8002A401 and message can not be sent. i know my NAT type is 3 but i dont think it could mess with it . can anyone help me ?

your nat type should say open or moderate, but that shouldn't have anything to do with it. has their ps3 got enough space? or is it compatible with the photos your sending?
