Can i install games from a ps3 disc onto my computer?

im wondering if i can install a ps3 game onto my computer from a ps3 game disc and i was also wondering if i could install the game onto my ps3's hard drive so i dont need the disc and it would just be on the home screen without getting it from the ps3 store and also i dont want playstation + THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP

You can't. You can only download PS3 games from the PS Store onto your PS3 and only from the PS3
